What Should I Expect as a Patient of Seven Bridges Pain Specialists?
We are excited to welcome you to Seven Bridges Pain Specialists!
At your first appointment, you can expect to have an in-depth conversation with one of our caring providers about your medical history, current pain symptoms, and any previous treatments or therapies you have tried. This conversation will help us understand the nature of your pain and its impact on your daily life. We may also perform a physical exam to better understand your pain and evaluate your overall health. We also ask that you arrive early and bring the following items to your initial appointment:
- Your photo ID
- Health insurance information
- Related medical records
- A list of current medications
Based on this evaluation, Seven Bridges will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, physical therapy, injections, or other therapies. We will always take time to explain each aspect of your treatment plan and answer any questions you may have, ensuring that you are comfortable and fully informed about the care you receive.
