Renee Gallo

Medical Doctor

Renee Gallo, M.D. has served the Jacksonville community for over 8 years as a pain medicine physician since her completion of residency and fellowship training at the University of Florida College of Medicine. She maintains dual board certifications in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology.

Dr. Gallo previously served as a leader and teacher in her residency and fellowship programs at the University of Florida’s College of Medicine. During her years at UF, she was Recruitment Chief Resident for the UF Anesthesiology department, an executive board member for the College of Medicine, as well as a medical student representative for the Medical Economics Subcommittee on Patient Safety and Quality Improvement. She prides herself on providing patient focused and individualized care. She most recently has furthered the quality of medical care by serving as a resident teacher for physician residents of Orange Park Medical Center. 

Dr. Gallo received her undergraduate degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Florida. She has published several academic articles including two in an anesthesiology mobile application.

Dr. Gallo is a diplomat of the the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Medical Association. 

Andrew Green

advanced registered nurse practitioner

Andrew Green, ARNP (Andy) is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. He is a Jacksonville native and has been working in the medical field since 2001. He received his Masters of Science in Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Acute Care Practitioner from the University of South Alabama.

Prior to joining Seven Bridges Pain Specialists, Andy worked in pain medicine for 10 years. Previously, he provided patient care in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Wound Care, and Emergency Room Care. He also served as The Stroke Coordinator for Memorial Hospital from 2008-2012.

Throughout his career, Andy has furthered cutting-edge research in pain medicine by spearheading several research projects as a sub-investigator. Andy works with medical students and nursing students as a preceptor to help further their schooling and education. He practices medical care for his patients with an individual, multi-disciplinary approach. He is the proud husband of Dr. Gallo and the father to their 4 boys.

Andy’s eldest son has autism and Andy has spent many years working in the community to bring awareness and support for children with autism. Autism has allowed Andy to have a deep understanding and compassion for patients with disabilities and those from all walks of life.

Andy holds board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credential Center as well as a board certification as an Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credential Center.

Andy also is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Life Support (PALS). 

Jeffrey Green

physician assistant - Certified

Jeffrey Green PA-C (Jeff) is a highly skilled board-certified Physician Assistant with Seven Bridges Pain Specialists. With over 25 years of experience treating patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions, Jeff has developed a reputation for providing compassionate and effective care to his patients.

Jeff is fluent in both Spanish and English, which allows him to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. His ability to communicate in both languages has been an asset in building strong relationships with his patients and helping them understand their diagnoses, treatment options, and medication instructions.

After completing the graduate physician assistant program at Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Jeff began his career in family practice at Baptist Primary Care. During this time, he gained valuable experience in treating patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. He developed a strong foundation in preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.

Jeff has spent the last 30 years working in the emergency room of St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville. During this time, Jeff gained extensive experience in handling a wide range of medical emergencies and developed excellent diagnostic and treatment skills.

In addition to his work at Seven Bridges Pain Specialists, Jeff is actively involved in the medical community. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. He also serves as a preceptor for physician assistant students from various universities.
